To ensure the safety and health of your pet and our other guests, we require all guests to comply with the following rules and regulations:
Stay and Obey LLC Doggie Daycare is open Monday - Friday. (Closed Holidays & Weekends, unless previously arranged.) Daily hours are between 7:00am - 6:00pm. Earlier drop-off, later pick-up can be arranged, but must be booked in advance, otherwise there will be a $5 per 10-minute charge for dogs not picked up by 6pm.
Reservations are required. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full fees.
All dogs must be 20 weeks (5 months) of age or older to attend daycare.
All dogs over six months of age must be spayed or neutered to attend daycare.
All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations on file. Owners must submit written proof that their dogs are up-to-date on shots and have received a fecal exam for parasites. (Specifically the vaccines required are Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, and Bordatella also known as Kennel Cough.) - These shots are more commonly referred to as DHLPP and Rabies. Please provide on-going verification of current vaccinations. In addition, we require all daycare dogs be on year round flea and heart worm preventative. Proof of vaccinations may be in the form of veterinarian receipts, health certificate or medical records. If titer tests are done and vaccines are not necessary, a letter from your veterinarian confirming test results will also be accepted.
All dogs must be in good health. Owners will need to certify that their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill in the last 30 days. On admission all dogs must be free from any condition which could potentially jeopardize other dogs. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or readmitted.
All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective. Owners will certify their dogs have not harmed or shown aggression or threatening behavior toward any person or any other dogs. Please remember that your pet will be spending time with other dogs as well as staff at daycare and that their safety and health is a high priority.
All dogs attending daycare must wear a flat, snap or buckle on collar for their safety. (Please no chains, training collars/chokers, pinch collars, martingale collars or harnesses) While at play another dog could get his/her teeth caught in the links or limb in collar if too loose. Identification tags are also required.
All dogs must have a completed, up-to-date and approved application on file. All dogs must be interviewed prior to attending daycare. There is a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $10. If you would like to leave your dog to play at that time a half-day charge will apply.
Stay and Obey, LLC reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any dog for any reason at any time.
